Your consumer rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — and we honour that without fuss. Bring the product back with your proof of purchase, or call us and we’ll sort out the return.

Change of mind

Changed your mind or over-ordered? Return unused items in their original, resaleable packaging within 30 days of purchase with your receipt and we will refund or exchange them. Items cut to length (such as strip lighting sold per metre), special orders, and fittings that have been installed cannot be returned for change of mind.

How to return

• In store — 5/1 Locke Ln, Ellenbrook WA 6069, Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM.
• By post — call (08) 9297 2969 or use the contact page first so we can raise the return and give you the address details. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost; for faulty items we cover it.

Shipping

We ship across Perth and WA, with freight calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Local pickup from our Ellenbrook showroom is free. Large or fragile fittings may ship by courier with signature on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received and checked, normally within 5 business days.
